COVINGTON, LOUISIANA – AVALA is pleased to announce that double-board certified neurologist and pain management specialist, Chad Domangue, M.D., is the first physician to join the AVALA Physician Network.
Dr. Chad, a south Louisiana native from Houma, is nationally recognized, a patient advocate, entrepreneur, speaker, and co-creator of supplement therapies. Dr. Chad has extensive healthcare training in diagnosing and treating conditions that cause decreased functionality and acute and chronic pain. Following his interactions with thousands of chronic pain patients, Dr. Chad utilizes non-narcotic alternative therapies to help prevent and treat pain.
